Admiral of the Fleet known as Richard Howe, 8th March 1726 A.D.was  born #onthisday and died 5th August 1799 A.D. Howe was a British Naval Officer.

He served during the war of Austrian Succession in which he gained a reputation from the amphibious operations against the French of Britain policy naval descent the seven years’ Wars. Richard took part in naval warfare and captained a massive naval victory at the Battle of Quiberon Bay in November 1759.

In the North America he was the best known as Howe during their service of the American Revolutionary war. Where he acted as a naval commander and a peace commissioner with American rebels.
