Thomas Osborne, 1st Duke of Leeds was born onthisday 20th of February 1632 A.D. and died 26 July 171 A.D. he was a English politician who of a group called Immortal Seven invited by William III, Prince of Orange to depose James II of England as Monarch during the Glorious Revolution.

He was commonly remembered and known as Lord Danby, when he was an important political figure, he also served in various different offices under Charles II and William III of England.

Thomas was a great politician but fell out of favor due to scandals and corruption, though he was restored to prominence under William.
