Anne of France was born 3rd April 1461 A.D. and died #Onthisday 14th November 1522 A.D. she was the eldest daughter of Louis IX of France from his second wife, Charlotte of Savoy. Anne was also the sister of King Charles VIII of France. She had acted as a regent during his ministry. When she was the Regent, Anne was one of the most powerful women during the late fifteenth century Europe and nickname “Madame La Grande”.
