Ogedei Khan was born #onthisday in history 7th November 1186 A.D. and died in 11th December 1241 A.D. He was the third son of Genghis Khan and the Second Great Khan of the Mongol Empire. Ogedei Khan succeeding his father. As the Second Great Khan he continued his father’s conquest and was seen as a world figure in the Mongol Empire. During the Mongol invasion in the west of Europe and East Asia. Like the primary sons of Genghis which certainly concentrated on Iran, China and Central Asia.
