She became the princess of Wales after marrying Edward of Westminster and then queen of England when she was the wed to Richard III after the death of Edward.

She was a member of the house of Neville, and she played a vital role in the wars of the roses, because it was between the House of York and House of Lancaster for the English Crown. The marriage which was to seal an alliance between the House of Lancaster and the continuation in civil war, between the houses of Lancaster and York.
