John_Byrom

Today John Byrom was born in 29 February 1692 – 26 September 1763 he was a famous English Poet, and also inventor of a vital revolutionary system known as “Shorthand” which later was important to landowners. John was most remembered as the writer of the Anglican hym which goes as: He is most remembered as “Christians Awake, salute the happy morn, which was supposedly a Christmas gift for his daughter.”

Legacy of Byrom he was a very conventional man  who lived in his “provincial life”. He was remembered for being apart from the royal Society, and sir Isaac Newton was president, he moved in some very important influential intellectual and social circles in London and many places. Modern historians a research found about he was very a ‘man of mysterious”. a first question his political views ? once thought he had close ties to the jacobite.
