Nicolaus Copernicus : was born on 19 February 1473A.D and died on 24 May 1543.A.D he was a Renaissance mathematician and Astronomer who developed the model of the universe which placed the sun rather the earth at the centre. Another point to mention Copernicus model his book on De revolutionibus orbium coelestium (On the Revolutions of the Celestial Spheres) right before his death before 1543 this important event was ground breaking for the history of science and eventually lay the foundation for copernican revolution from this point lead vital contribution to the scientific revolution.
